Job Description

You will be responsible for production management, mainly maintaining the manufacturing equipment for all products we handle, including tofu and noodles.

Currently, you are only working part-time with manufacturing, so by having you take on this role full-time, we aim to improve productivity.

■Maintenance of machinery in the factory

■Troubleshooting

■Planning and executing factory equipment plans

■Other associated duties

[Work style]

You may be required to work on public holidays to handle troubleshooting. (Substitute holidays may be taken)

Equipment maintenance may be performed on days when the factory is not in operation.

Mandatory Requirements

■People with knowledge of machine maintenance
■Graduates of a mechanical engineering department

People with a mechanical engineering background and who like tinkering with machines are suitable.

Preferred Requirements

■ Plant maintenance experience

Working Hours

7:00-16:00 (60-minute break) *Working hours may change due to business circumstances. Average overtime hours: 35 hours/month

Raise and Bonus

Last year's results: Average 3.1 months *Bonuses are paid from the second year of employment. Attendance rate must be 80% or higher. *Bonuses may not be paid depending on company performance.
