The Business Planning Department of the Business Planning Division has three missions:
・Simplify administrative operations and improve the productivity of center operations
・Establish user-first operations
・Maximize card reach for PayPay Cards
Currently, the organization consists of about eight people, but as the importance of operations increases with business growth, the role of business planning is also becoming larger.

PayPay Card is developing and promoting its credit card business while strengthening collaboration with group companies more than ever before, aiming to be the "overwhelming No. 1 service".
Therefore, the Business Planning Department also needs to optimize operations in line with business growth and build operations that provide high satisfaction more quickly.
To strengthen our organization for this purpose, we are looking for someone who can lead the team as an immediate asset.
[Specific duties]
- Planning and implementation to solve problems in the card issuance business process
- Review/design of processing steps and processes to shorten the time from card application to issuance
- Planning and implementation of strategies to improve card delivery rate
- Planning and implementation to reduce the rate of returned cards due to absence and deliver cards to customers
- Planning and implementation to solve business issues in the administrative processing area
- From manual to automatic, from paper to data (promotion of RPA)
