We are looking for an IT support engineer who will grow the organization by utilizing technology together with our challenging colleagues. Our mission is to promote business growth through the power of IT and solve various problems within the organization. The job involves continuing to improve current operations and designing an internal IT environment that is optimal for the business.
As the organization expands after the acquisition of an overseas subsidiary, we are promoting IT integration between multiple locations.
In order to accelerate collaboration between multiple locations with different languages and time zones, the need for IT governance for the entire group is also increasing.
Therefore, we are recruiting additional personnel to promote the construction and operation of an internal IT environment that can flexibly respond to environmental changes and strengthen the information security system.
Since the scope of work targets the entire group of companies, both domestic and overseas, communication in Japanese and English is essential.
You will be assigned to the head office in Japan.
You will mainly work with IT staff at overseas locations to grasp IT support for the entire group, understand the practical aspects, standardize support content, and optimize resource allocation at each location.
The scope of IT support is wide, and includes troubleshooting of introduced IT solutions, management of devices and equipment, preparation of knowledge documents, and in-house training. Your job will be to work with solution providers and internal stakeholders to improve employee productivity.
