[Summary]
As the head of a 24/365 operations team at an IT infrastructure operation center run by a major carrier, you will be involved in maintaining and managing the system, managing issues, and improving operation quality.
This position allows you to set appropriate operational and organizational policies and measures to ensure overall control, build good cooperative relationships with related parties, assign appropriate personnel, and create systems to provide support, all with the discretion to proceed with initiatives.

General knowledge of IT is also required,
