Job Description

[Summary]
As the head of a 24/365 operations team at an IT infrastructure operation center run by a major carrier, you will be involved in maintaining and managing the system, managing issues, and improving operation quality.

This position allows you to set appropriate operational and organizational policies and measures to ensure overall control, build good cooperative relationships with related parties, assign appropriate personnel, and create systems to provide support, all with the discretion to proceed with initiatives.

We expect you to contribute to the success of the project by combining the technical capabilities that the company has built up over the years with your own experience.

Mandatory Requirements

・Able to join the company on August 1, 2024
・3 years or more experience as a leader in IT system operations
・Experience in solving problems and improving IT system operations
・Able to take command and communicate locally

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school

Preferred Requirements

- Experience with standardization/commonization

- Understanding of ITIL

Someone who can involve stakeholders, show the direction of the project, and lead the team.

General knowledge of IT is also required,

but technical skills are fine as long as they are appropriate for the candidate's age.
