Job Description

Job Description
You will be responsible for promoting and overseeing projects, and helping to release content on budget and schedule.
*Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of multiple teams.
・Project management (progress, cost, schedule, etc.)
・Issue hearing/current situation analysis
・Team management with interpersonal relationship management to ensure smooth project execution
・Investigation of issues and needs of customers and quality control departments
・Quality analysis, analysis of test results
・Member management

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience as a PM or director in the game industry or an industry similar to the game industry
・Experience with B2B customers
・Experience in quality assurance for software projects (requirements definition experience/management position)

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school, junior high school

Preferred Requirements

・Game development experience
・Test design experience (JSTQB certified)
・Sales experience for software projects
・Experience managing project and team budgets
