Job Description

■Job Description
You will be assigned to one of the following three positions according to your aptitude.

1Sales Administration
■Support work for sales staff in charge of real estate sales (document creation/data entry)
■Telephone support/visitor support

2Contract Management Administration
■Create and enter into contract terms between sellers and buyers.
■Support loan screening for financial institutions
■Registration support for judicial scriveners

3Rental Management Administration
■Support work such as preparing for settlement, adjusting schedules, and managing progress
■Calls to confirm payment, calls to transfer management to management companies, and creating receipts
