Job Description

Various administrative operations

Specifically,

■ Coordinating visit schedules with customers, business partners, and sales, and responding to inquiries (by phone and email)

■ Creating repair reports

■ Processing orders for repair parts

■ Administrative operations related to overseas shipping

■ Main telephone support, general affairs within the base

A wide range of tasks.

After learning and performing the tasks, some tasks will be outsourced (outsourced) to a contractor stationed on the same floor.

This team often works while communicating with related parties, including each internal team, sales, and external contractors.
