~A rapidly growing venture company in real estate x Tech/More than 120 days of holiday per year/Wednesday + 1 day off can be taken on any day of the week~
We will entrust you with sales administration at the Ikebukuro headquarters.
The company has more than 700 employees in total, and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ in July 2021.
The sales staff at the Ikebukuro headquarters are more than 300, and we plan to continue expanding in the future, so we are also looking to expand our administrative organization.
In order to strengthen our organizational foundation, we have started recruiting mid-career employees.

■Main duties
Checking application details for contracts and settlements related to real estate purchase and sale contracts, issuing receipts
→Management of contracts and PDF data conversion
Inventory management of revenue stamps, small money orders, company certified copies, etc.
Procedures for payment of management fees for owned properties
Document review of agency contracts
Telephone support (company main phone number, response phone reception)
