[Specific duties]
■ Screening work for real estate loan guarantees for housing, investments, etc. applied for at banks
Approximately 130 cases to be screened per month
■ Business trips and advisory work at loan centers of some financial institutions

Although consumer finance is the company's main business, it also provides guarantee work for mortgages applied for at banks, etc., and in recent years, real estate values have risen sharply and market prices have changed rapidly. In this situation, we are looking for specialized personnel to strengthen our loan guarantee business. This will be an area we will focus on as a business in the future, with the aim of increasing the guarantee amount to tens of billions in 10 years.
