Job Description
You will be responsible for following up on the process from proposing to customers to managing projects as a project manager.
Particularly, there are various efforts during the stage leading up to order receipt.
Specifically, you will work on building relationships with clients, creating business schemes, ensuring clear and attractive presentations for explaining to the council, and ensuring stable construction capabilities and speed that surpass competitors.
Sometimes, it may take several years to secure an order, and the order may be worth several billion yen.

A) Pre-Sales
→ Meetings with clients are conducted both in-person and via web. The ratio is approximately 30% in-person and 70% web, depending on the team assignment.
B) Post-Sales (Project Leader (PL) managing projects)
└ Detailed requirements definition, basic design documents, operation plans, etc.
└ Configuration and verification planning documents
└ Work planning documents

About Local Government Work
This business is currently in an expansion phase.
Knowledge and negotiation skills are required to collaborate with customers and partner companies, as well as to differentiate from competitors. However, securing orders over several years can be a deeply rewarding experience.
We handle both bidding and proposal-based projects.

Onboarding Process
Upon joining, there will be a training period of up to 3 months.
2 weeks of classroom training about our company
2 weeks to 1 month of training related to local government knowledge
Note: The maximum duration for classroom training is 3 months, but it may be shortened based on your proficiency and assigned position.
Training will primarily be conducted in Tokyo, but there can be flexibility depending on personal circumstances.
After field assignment, on-the-job training (OJT) will be conducted. You will learn the job alongside senior employees.
OJT will be supported under the guidance of team leaders or group leaders.
└ Regular 1-on-1 meetings with supervisors will take place.
Training videos are available for you to view at your convenience.
You will be eligible for subsidies for approximately 200 different certifications.
We aim to build a strong information security organization and provide training to strengthen this system.

Department Assignment
You will be assigned to the Project Sales Headquarters, Business Solutions Department. SEs in their 30s and 40s are active in this department.

Mandatory Requirements

① Have at least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following fields:

IT infrastructure-related technologies (networking, cloud, voice, servers, etc.)
