Job Description

IT Consultant for the Rapidly Growing SaaS CloudSign Service

◆About CloudSign
CloudSign is a contract management platform that replaces traditional "paper and stamps" with "cloud" technology, enabling contract processes to be completed entirely on a computer. As everything is handled on the cloud, it accelerates the speed of contract finalization and reduces costs. The electronic contract feature includes strict electronic signatures and timestamps that verify "who, when, and on which contract" an agreement was made. Even in remote work environments, it ensures the integrity of contracts while enabling smooth business operations. Since its launch in 2015, CloudSign has accumulated over 10 million contract transmissions as of May 2022.

Note: Numbers are as of the end of May 2022.

◆Department Introduction:
CloudSign Business Division, Customer Success Department

In the post-COVID era, companies are increasingly focused on budget allocations for efficiency and productivity improvements through business digital transformation (DX). The Customer Success Department proposes new ways to handle core business contracts and integrates them into operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and create success for customers.

◆Mission, Vision, and Values:
◎Mission:
Rule Re:Maker
Redefine the "norm" in society and make the world simpler.

◎Vision:
Keep Challenging, Never Champions.
We will remain challengers, never complacent.

◎Values:
Day0: Let's create today and tomorrow!
Customer Centered Design: Design an organization that creates services loved by customers, ensuring their success.
Be Agile and Go Fast: Move quickly with agility.
Professional with Respect: Be professional and respectful.
You & We: We are Team CloudSign, and you are the one who can change the organization.

◆Recruitment Background:
Initially, electronic contracts were introduced as remote work tools for enabling digital signatures. Now, they are used by businesses as a key tool for improving efficiency and productivity. In particular, in the enterprise sector, where companies with a certain scale of employees are adopting these solutions, easier-to-use business processes and system integration development are essential. As a result, there is a growing demand for professionals who understand both business processes and systems to meet customer needs, prompting an increase in hiring.

◆Job Description:
Overview:
Understand the customer’s contract processes (review, execution, and storage), surrounding tasks (such as handling personnel changes and internal audits), and system configurations. Based on this understanding, identify the range of issues and requests, then design and implement solutions to address these challenges using CloudSign.

For example, if there are aspects such as departmental changes or authority adjustments due to personnel shifts that are not currently covered by CloudSign’s functionality, you will use APIs, iPaaS, RPA, etc., to design the most optimal business process.

◆Job Details:
The starting point of the work will be in consulting services or customer success activities when system integration is required, or when customers express interest in system integration during the sales process.

After being assigned to projects, you will identify customer requirements and issues, and propose improvements to business processes (e.g., implementing RPA, API integration, and other software solutions) to address them. This may include accompanying the customer success team to customer meetings to help identify challenges.

[Specific duties ①]
Understanding customer requirements and organizing issues.
Reviewing business processes, determining the scope of system integration, and designing the processes to be automated.
Proposing solutions such as API integration with core systems, RPA, and iPaaS, and defining requirements (and possibly designing them).
Assisting customers in utilizing CloudSign by leveraging knowledge of IT products and technologies.
The role involves improving business workflows and identifying areas where automation or systemization is needed (though you won’t be directly involved in development).

[Specific duties ②]
Rather than handling requests for development from the customer’s IT department, CloudSign is also working to strengthen its development capabilities in-house.
Partner company development.
PM (Project Management) tasks during system development.
As the team is newly established, there will be opportunities to be involved in building the organization and creating internal processes (e.g., developing internal workflows, packaging solutions, and productizing services).

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience in one of the following:
Experience as an internal IT specialist (SE) in a business company, participating in in-house DX (Digital Transformation) projects.
Experience in sales, project management (PM), or project leadership (PL) at a system integrator (SIer).
Experience as a business/IT consultant.

Educational Background:
Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree / Associate Degree / High School Diploma

Preferred Requirements

◆Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the development, sales, or operations of SaaS products.
Work experience as an engineer.
