Job Description

The Lester Group, an information platform for electronics, aims to become a 1 trillion yen company and expand its business scale with a view to the global market, under the keywords "World, Social Contribution, Co-creation and Innovation".
The Accounting Department is responsible for compiling budgets and forecasts in addition to the regulatory accounting work of subsidiary and consolidated accounting.

The position is a consolidated accounting manager, and your main duties will be managing the preparation of disclosure documents such as consolidated financial statements, Company Law accounting documents, and securities reports for approximately 50 group companies.
You will also be widely involved in financial and tax due diligence and PMI for M&A, as well as the introduction and modification of accounting systems, and we expect you to play an active role as a business partner (management position) for the management team.

(Scope of change) Duties as determined by the company

Mandatory Requirements

[Required]

- Experience in working on consolidated financial statements at a listed company and dealing with auditing firms

- A series of experiences in creating financial statements and securities reports under the Companies Act

- Experience in designing, changing and implementing business processes, such as PMI in M&A, FR-PLC support, and accounting system implementation experience

- Experience leading the above business as a leader/management

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school
