[Job description]
Based on the business situation of the Lester Group, you will plan, introduce, and operate HR systems, HR measures, and HR systems. This is a position in a department that can lead HR operations for the entire group or each business.
・Planning, building, and operating HR systems (grades, compensation, evaluations, etc.)
・Planning and implementing measures and organizational development aimed at resolving issues to strengthen human capital
・Planning and implementing activities to improve employee engagement and promote DEI
・Planning and implementing talent management, and building and operating systems
・Planning and implementing human resource development measures (training, assessments, surveys, etc.), organizational development, talent management, etc.

- HR experience at a business company, or 5+ years of experience as an organizational HR consultant
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing HR policies such as grades, compensation, and evaluation systems, or 3+ years of experience planning and executing human resource development policies (training, assessments, surveys, etc.)
Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school

- Experience with personnel information databases (ERP as HRMS, talent management systems, etc.)
- Experience planning and executing organizational development
- Experience leading the planning, implementation and operation of various systems
