Job Description



You will be responsible for the development and design of "inspection equipment", which is essential for research and development and quality assurance. The users are mainly well-known major manufacturers, and we are making a significant contribution to "reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency", which has been a challenge for manufacturers in recent years.



Since we also receive research and development projects from major manufacturers, the big appeal is that we are involved in cutting-edge technology and can play a major role. It is a rewarding job where you can be involved in the design and production of custom-made equipment from start to finish.



The company's testing machines are used in various places, including overseas, such as S Company's LCD screen strength measuring device and T Company's resin strength measuring device used in hybrid cars.



When you first join the company, you will be responsible for specification change cases from existing standard products. Your responsibilities include function design, mechanism design, assembly drawing creation, and part drawing creation. After you become accustomed to the company's product design experience, you will develop custom products from scratch for customers. In the future, you may become a leader in the design group.



In order to satisfy the user's requirements, the team discusses what kind of product to make and decides on the design specifications.

① Create assembly drawings and parts drawings for the machine based on the design specifications.
② Discuss the control details with the electrical control engineer and communicate the necessary information.
③ Once assembly, wiring, and control debugging are complete, the product is checked to see if it meets the design specifications.
④ The inspection department completes shipping inspection before delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

Mechanical design experience (3+ years)

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in mechanical design (CAD used: below)

2D-CAD: AutoCAD
3D-CAD: SolidWorks
・Industrial machinery, food machinery, automatic transport equipment, various manufacturing equipment, etc.

Working Hours

8:30 - 17:30 (8 hours per day, 60 minutes break)
