If you specialize in wooden structures, you will be in charge of wooden homes.
If you are skilled in steel-frame construction, you will be responsible for factories, warehouses, and stores.
If you specialize in reinforced concrete (RC), you will handle healthcare and public facilities.

Construction management, safety management, cost management
As a general contractor, you will communicate directly with the client.
Our goal is to be a construction company loved by the community.
- Holder of a Construction Site Management Engineer (1st or 2nd class) or Architect (1st, 2nd class, or Wooden) license
- Valid driver's license (AT restriction allowed)
- Experience in construction site management
- Academic background with a degree or higher in a construction-related field (for foreign nationals)

Daytime Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours of work, 2 hours of break) Average Overtime: 10 hours/month
Annual Bonus: 3 times a year (with a payment record of approximately 3.0 months' salary)
Commuting Allowance: Paid to all employees, varying based on commuting distance (¥4,200 – ¥10,000)
Housing Allowance: ¥5,000 – ¥15,000
Family Allowance: Varies based on the number of family members
Paid even for one family member
