◆Recruitment Background
The flagship service, "Timee," a gig job platform, has reached 7 million workers and 98,000 business users in about five years since its launch. However, it is still only used by a small portion of the workforce, and the challenge to become a societal infrastructure has just begun.

The organization is at a stage where it is driving the formation of a robust business foundation and creating numerous roles. Timee is expanding its development organization through active technical investments and forming a development structure that meets the fast-growing pace of the business.

To transform spot work into a new social infrastructure based on Timee's vision and mission, we are recruiting a Scrum Master to contribute to product development.

◆Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will support the team in becoming a highly productive development team by applying Agile practices. The goal is to instill Scrum values within the team, not by enforcing methodology but by guiding the team toward self-organizing behavior.

You will work exclusively as a Scrum Master (not shared with development roles).
If you do not hold Scrum certification, you will be required to undergo training and obtain the certification after joining.

・Introduction of Scrum practices, supporting growth and learning for each development team.

The Scrum Master will focus on teams formed around customer value, which are organized for long-term objectives.

Currently, there are two main areas that provide value to workers and clients, as well as a Platform Engineering area responsible for developer experience and system reliability.

◆Required Experience and Skills
Practical experience as a Scrum Master, either as a dedicated or part-time role
Experience in Scrum development with teams of 3 or more members
Experience in web or mobile application development and operations

Minimum Education:
Graduate school, university, vocational school, or high school graduate
