1. kintone-based Business Improvement Support
Support in building environments for business improvements using kintone, including system proposals and implementation.
kintone implementation support (proposal, requirements gathering, development requests, testing, operational maintenance, etc.)

2. kintone Customization and Maintenance
Customization using JavaScript/TypeScript
Technical validation
Maintenance (program analysis, corrections)

The mission is to "support clients' DX (Digital Transformation)." The team acts as a partner in clients' digital transformation strategies, evaluating necessary technology elements, and providing end-to-end technology and service implementations unique to Pasona Tech. Post-implementation, the team also focuses on human resources development for operational areas.

In November 2023, Pasona released "kintone HR Powered by PASONA," a system for managing HR tasks, developed jointly with Cybozu. With plans to accelerate collaboration with Cybozu, the company is now seeking a manager candidate to help deliver high-value results to clients alongside team members.

Mandatory Requirements

■Required Qualifications
