You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and renovation of indoor electrical equipment in various buildings, including office buildings, hotels, condominiums, department stores, theaters, and hospitals.
You will be responsible for increasing motivation and productivity on-site through construction estimates, construction process management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality management.
You will also be responsible for negotiating with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.
・The size of the properties varies from several million yen to several billion yen, and we are in charge of a wide range of work, from new construction to renovation, so you can step up your career while being involved in construction work that suits your career.
・We consider the first two to three years after joining the company to be a period for you to learn the company rules and KEPCO's work style.
