Salary Details

Job Description

You will be responsible for the design of HVAC, sanitation, mechanical, and gas systems for public facilities, commercial buildings, office buildings, apartments, etc.
Design tasks will be carried out using the CAD software "FILDER." We are aiming to bring in-house the design work that has previously been outsourced.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proficient in 2D CAD operations with experience in equipment design
- Able to work long-term
- Japanese proficiency level N2 or higher

Preferred Requirements

Candidates with a 1st or 2nd grade Piping Construction Management Engineer qualification

Working Hours

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) *Average overtime is 25 hours per month.*
