Ceramic substrate product manufacturing and process management
・Machine operation for each manufacturing process
・Process improvement work
・Maintenance of jigs and tools
~About the manufacturing process and technology of ceramic substrates~
◆Material technology◆ High purity raw materials are mixed in a unique composition that matches the characteristics, and high uniformity is ensured using mixing technology.
◆Sheet molding technology◆ Formed into high-precision and homogeneous sheets in the range of 0.01mm to 2mm.
◆Press technology◆ To ensure high dimensional accuracy, a custom-designed mold is used.
◆Firing technology◆ The temperature inside the furnace is controlled within a range of ±5℃ to fire uniformly.
Depending on the material, various firing equipment such as continuous firing furnaces, batch firing furnaces, atmospheric firing furnaces, and atmospheric firing furnaces are used.
Machinery and equipment used include molding machines, firing furnaces, presses, and laser processing machines. Industry experience is welcome, but inexperienced people are also welcome to try.
