Job Description

Job Description:
At the company, we provide total support for system-related needs in a one-stop service to solve customer challenges. You will primarily be responsible for system operations and help desk support.

・Responding to user inquiries related to business systems
・Handling IT-related requests
・Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department/vendor
・Modifying user accounts for various systems
・PC/iPhone kit setup
・Asset management for all IT equipment
・Operation of various servers
・Analyzing inquiry trends and business content, and providing improvement proposals
・Creating and reporting various reports

・IT Help Desk for a school corporation

Note: Generally, the position requires working on-site with the client (mainly at the client location, but service managers work at the head office).

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Network Setup and Operations (EE2 level)
Experience in system operations or help desk, handling user inquiries
Experience in network or server operations


Experience in system operations or help desk, handling user inquiries
Over 3 years of experience in network or server operations
Experience in follow-up, task management, and training of team members


Experience in project management or team management
Over 5 years of experience in design, setup, and operation of network or servers
Experience in communication with external stakeholders and customers (handling inquiries, coordination, reporting, sharing information, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Active Directory
Experience in PC kit setup
Experience in manual creation
English proficiency (a plus, but not required)

Final Educational Background:
