Salary Details

Job Description

You will assist customers who wish to introduce and utilize RPA tools by providing support for:
・Business analysis
・Process design
・System construction
・Verification
・Employee training
・Maintenance and support

This role involves working directly with customers to discuss, consider, and propose solutions for improving operational efficiency and productivity. You’ll be part of a team that works closely with clients, and you’ll get the rewarding opportunity to hear their appreciation firsthand.

Responsibilities:
●Support for RPA implementation projects
・Systems used: RPA (UiPath)
・Development content: New development / Operation and maintenance of existing robots
・Areas of responsibility: Business analysis, process design, implementation (detailed design, robot development, verification), operation, and maintenance
・Customer negotiations, quality/progress management, attending client meetings

●Support for in-house RPA tool utilization
・Systems used: RPA (UiPath)
・Areas of responsibility: Promoting UiPath utilization, selecting robots for development for each user, and providing full support from development to completion
・Orientation development, progress management, responding to questions during development, etc.
・Teams will be assigned based on your experience and preferences.

Skills and Technologies You Can Learn:
・Gain insight into and methods for Business Process Reengineering (BPR), such as business process review and visibility.
・Develop skills in RPA robot development and operation using UiPath, including cloud management and operation with Orchestrator.
・Experience with internal DX promotion for diverse clients, as well as group DX initiatives.

Business Division Policy: The mission is to “support customers' DX (digital transformation).”
As a partner to clients, we support the development of DX strategies, evaluate necessary technological elements, and provide end-to-end implementation of Pasona Tech’s unique technologies and services.
Additionally, we will continue to foster talent in the post-implementation phase.

Reason for Recruitment: In line with the trend of DX, we are recruiting members who can provide high-value solutions to clients by leveraging a variety of tools in the low-code/no-code development area. You will work with team members to deliver highly satisfying solutions to clients while contributing to business efficiency and productivity improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Development experience using any programming language (approximately 2 years)
Practical experience in building robots using RPA tools (UiPath)
Practical experience in business analysis and process flow creation

Highest level of education:
Graduate school graduate
University graduate
Vocational school graduate
High school graduate

Preferred Requirements

■Preferred Skills:
Experience in the entire process from requirement definition to development stages
Leadership experience, such as team building or technical lead roles

Working Hours
