Salary Details

The salary will be determined based on your experience, previous salary, and the content of the interview. [Salary Breakdown] Monthly (Base Salary): ¥146,500 – ¥302,500 Other Fixed Allowances per Month: ¥9,000 – ¥94,500 ※The above other fixed allowances are performance-based. Additionally, variable allowances such as attendance bonuses, family allowances, commuting allowances, and overtime pay will be provided. When promoted to a higher position, a position allowance will also be applied. The listed salary amounts may change during the selection process. The monthly salary includes fixed allowances.

Job Description

■Responsibilities: You will be involved in metal processing using cutting machines for materials like metals.
Cutting machines include general-purpose lathes, general-purpose milling machines, NC lathes, machining centers, five-axis machines, and grinding machines. You will work to transform product drawings into real-world products.

Creating machining programs (planning the machining sequence, determining cutting conditions, determining how to mount the products, selecting tools, etc.). Note: CAD/CAM software is not used.
Machining products using the created programs. You will also handle product loading and unloading, in addition to new product setup.
While there are basic manuals available, you will mainly learn the job from senior employees.

■Characteristics of the Work:
You will be working with cutting machines to process metal materials, including tasks such as creating machining programs, selecting and preparing cutting tools, and operating machines to complete products. Senior employees will teach you from scratch, so you can learn machine operation step-by-step and acquire skills in metal processing.
In some cases, we also perform internal treatments such as painting or solder coating for rust prevention.
We promote multi-skilling, so after mastering a machine, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate other machines.

We promote multi-skilling, and there are 6-7 employees who can operate multiple machines. This allows us to adapt flexibly to changes in workload.

Mandatory Requirements

・At least 3 years of practical experience with machining centers
・Graduation from a mechanical engineering-related department
・N2-level Japanese language proficiency (ability to understand processing drawings and machine control panel displays)

Preferred Requirements

・Practical experience with horizontal machining centers
