Drone-Based Surveying Data Provision and Consulting in Construction

Specific Tasks:
Surveying Data Provision:
Using drone technology, you will be responsible for tasks such as surveying and providing data.

●Point Cloud Data Creation Service using Laser Scanners:
This service allows for high-precision measurements in locations that are inaccessible to humans, completing the process in a shorter time than traditional laser measurement methods.

●Orthophoto Generation Service:
Using drones equipped with high-resolution cameras, you will create 3D images or flat images from aerial shots, which may involve capturing anywhere from a few to thousands of still images.

●Infrared Imaging Service:
Drones equipped with infrared cameras are used to inspect buildings and support search and rescue operations during disasters. For solar power plant inspections, this service can inspect a 2-megawatt solar facility in about 10 minutes, with infrared images immediately analyzed for quick onsite responses.

Consulting Services in Construction:
You will support clients by using the latest domestic and international industrial equipment, including drones. You will also be involved in consultations related to aerial photography, material handling, pesticide spraying, and the sale and repair of equipment, providing solutions to resolve challenges.

Someone who can input surveyed 3D data into CAD

Holder of qualifications as a surveyor or surveyor assistant
Someone skilled in multi-sonar (ultrasonic) surveys for lakes, etc.
Capable of 3D analysis (ICT) of survey data and transferring it to CAD
Skilled in BIM and SIM
Able to perform simulations (4D construction using C++)

Twice a year, usually 3 months' worth of salary (may vary depending on performance).

・Fixed overtime allowance: ¥30,000 to ¥50,000 for 10 hours
