About the Company Compass is an architectural firm that specializes in the "design and construction of medical-related facilities," starting with clinics. The company has developed its business around the keywords "medical specialization," "integrated design and construction," and "Kansai." However, about five years ago, it expanded into Tokyo, broadening its focus horizontally with additional keywords. The company has three departments: Sales, Design, and Construction. We are currently seeking individuals who can excel in the construction management position within the Construction Department. Attractions of Compass A group of specialists focused on the medical field (Sales, Design, Construction). A highly community-contributing job related to healthcare, which is one of the essential infrastructures of society. A conducive environment for growth. Most of the members are qualified professionals, such as architects, construction management engineers, and real estate brokers. The company also offers a qualification acquisition support system, making it ideal for those with a desire for self-improvement. After joining, there is an OFF-JT (off-the-job training) for new employees. We provide thorough guidance to help you understand the overall business, including a comprehensive grasp of medical architecture. Projects are carried out by a team of three members from Sales, Design, and Construction working together. Therefore, even those without experience can easily receive on-the-job training (OJT) from seniors, facilitating early understanding of the work. A friendly and open workplace environment. Since the founding staff mainly consisted of the representative's university juniors, there remains an environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing their thoughts and questions.
