Business Overview Diva Inc. is a software vendor specializing in "consolidated financial statement disclosure." Since its founding in 1997, the company has supported the group management systems of large publicly listed companies through its consolidated accounting system, "DivaSystem." Its current mission is to promote consolidated financial statement disclosure that enhances corporate value. Its vision is to become the de facto standard in software supporting group management. The company offers specialized software products and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. To date, its software products (formerly Diva) have been implemented by approximately 1,200 companies, while its BPO services (formerly Fierte) have been provided to around 200 companies. The combination of these two solutions makes Diva unique in the industry. Diva continues to leverage its customer assets built through its software products and refine its software based on insights gained from its BPO services, providing clients with consolidated financial statement disclosures that contribute to improving corporate value. Products: DivaSystem LCA, DivaSystem Dx3-Advance, DivaSystem FBX Services: Financial statement outsourcing, global fund management enhancement support, accounting consulting services. The company not only develops consolidated accounting systems like "DivaSystem LCA" and related products but also engages in outsourcing businesses related to consolidated and individual financial statement tasks, comprehensively supporting corporate value creation through information disclosure. Company PR About Diva Inc. Diva Inc. (formerly Fierte Inc.) inherited the development business of "DivaSystem LCA" and its related products from the former Diva Inc. until September 2022. It changed its corporate name to Diva Inc. from Fierte on October 1, 2022. Fierte was established on August 7, 2017, but the founding company, Diva, was established in 1997 and has a history of about 25 years. The company has evolved by merging its software products (former Diva) with the BPO services (former Fierte) it began offering in 2011. By combining "Software × BPO," Diva continues to enhance its brand. Diva’s history can be divided into three phases. The first phase (1997-2013) involved its founding as the core of the current group and providing the consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem," which boasts a 40% domestic market share and is No. 1 (according to Fujikimera Research’s 2012–2021 report). In the second phase (2013-2022), the company expanded its software contributions within the Avant Group after transitioning into a holding company. The third phase, starting in October 2022, is marked by integrating the software products and BPO services to focus on becoming a specialized product maker in the field of consolidated financial statement disclosure. Diva’s strength lies in its customer base, which includes about 100 of Japan's top 200 listed companies by market capitalization, with long-term relationships built with major enterprises like Toyota Motor, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Hitachi, and others. Since the mandatory disclosure of consolidated financial statements in 2000, the number of DivaSystem users has steadily increased, maintaining a market share of No. 1 for over 10 years. Due to frequent accounting rule revisions, enhanced governance at listed companies, and labor shortages, more customers are opting for Diva's BPO services. Diva continues to push for new challenges while leveraging this stable customer base. Philosophy of the Avant Group The Avant Group follows the philosophy that "a company is a public entity of society," expressing this as "creating a 100-year company." This principle emphasizes not just the sustainability of the company or brand but also the passion of its members for contributing value to society.
