Job Description

[Reason for Hiring]
Due to the expansion of the TMS service business, there is a need to strengthen our team, which is why we are recruiting.

[Summary]
We are looking for a candidate to manage consulting, implementation, and post-implementation support of Treasury Management System (TMS) to optimize the financial operations of our clients' entire group.
Note: This is not the implementation of in-house developed software, but the implementation of systems from overseas vendors in partnership.

[Details]
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing total support for financial management challenges often faced by large global companies (such as visualizing and forecasting fund information, improving operational efficiency, etc.), including the following tasks:
・TMS implementation consulting
・Post-implementation customer support
・Supporting human resource issues (outsourcing financial operations), standardizing business processes, improving efficiency, and stabilizing operations after improvements.

About the Products:
・Though we also develop our own software, "Diva System," the role involves the implementation of a global TMS sourced from overseas. Currently, we handle products from two companies, but we plan to adapt to clients' needs by incorporating other products as well.

What is TMS (Treasury Management System)?

A SaaS service that connects directly to banks, streamlining financial operations and visualizing fund data from all global locations in real time.
Enables accurate fund management.
Designed to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.

[Typical Onboarding Process]
Study system manuals and get up to speed (1-2 weeks after joining)
Participate in vendor meetings with customers (communication with overseas vendors in English)
After about one month, take part in new system implementation projects
▶ Based on your skills at the time of joining, you will gradually become familiar with the tasks. IT and accounting knowledge will be acquired as needed.

[About the Department]
This department provides global TMS systems sourced from overseas vendors, separate from the company’s main business of consolidated financial statement outsourcing and software development.
Since starting in 2017, the business has differentiated itself from competitors (mainly foreign products) through a comprehensive service that focuses on detailed customer follow-up.
The business is expected to grow at a higher rate than the company’s main business. Current clients include companies like Nifco, KDDI, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, Kobe Steel, and Toei Animation.

[Team Composition & Atmosphere]
The team consists of 5 highly skilled members, and the working environment is open and communicative. Even with some members who joined with no prior experience, everyone is independent and can consult with supervisors freely. The environment fosters collaboration, so you can always rely on your colleagues when there are uncertainties and grow in the process. There are many opportunities for communication while working, allowing you to proactively contribute to your tasks.

[Skills and Rewards]
You will gain expertise in both IT and financial fields, and since the work is not routine, you will enhance your problem-solving and business-building skills. Through the comprehensive support we provide, you will be able to build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to their success.

Points

[Business Overview] Diva Inc. is a software vendor specializing in "consolidated financial statement disclosure." Since its founding in 1997, the company has supported the group management systems of major publicly listed companies through its consolidated accounting system, "DivaSystem." Currently, with the mission to "spread consolidated financial statement disclosure that contributes to improving corporate value," and the vision to "become the de facto standard software supporting group management," Diva provides specialized software products and BPO services. So far, the software product (formerly Diva) has been implemented in approximately 1,200 companies, and the BPO service (formerly Fierte) has been provided to around 200 companies. The unique value of Diva lies in possessing both of these solutions simultaneously. Diva continues to provide consolidated financial statement disclosure that enhances corporate value, leveraging customer assets accumulated through software products and continuously improving the software based on insights gained from practical BPO service opportunities. Products: ・DivaSystem LCA ・DivaSystem Dx3-Advance ・DivaSystem FBX Services: ・Outsourced accounting services ・Global fund management enhancement support services ・Accounting consulting services Diva handles the development of consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem LCA" and related products, as well as outsourced services for consolidated financial statement work, standalone accounting work, etc., providing comprehensive support for the value creation process of companies through information disclosure. [Company Profile] About Diva Inc. Diva Inc. (formerly Fierte Inc.) inherited the development business of DivaSystem LCA and its related products from the previous Diva Inc. until September 2022. On October 1, 2022, Fierte changed its name to "Diva Inc." Founded in August 2017 as Fierte, it traces its roots back to the original Diva Inc., established in 1997, with a history of approximately 25 years. The fusion of the original Diva’s "software products" and the "BPO services" actively launched in 2011 has further evolved the "Diva" brand by combining software and BPO solutions. Diva Inc.'s history can be divided into three phases: ・First phase (1997-2013): Founded as the core business of the group, providing the "DivaSystem" for consolidated financial statements, which has a domestic share of over 40%, making it No. 1 in its field, used by about 1,200 clients, ranging from large enterprises to SMEs and IPO companies. ・Second phase (2013-2022): As part of the Avant Group’s holdings, Diva expanded its software contribution within the group. ・Third phase (2022-present): The merger of its software products and the BPO services offered by the former Fierte has allowed Diva to focus on becoming a specialized product manufacturer in the field of consolidated financial statement disclosure. Diva’s strength lies in its customer base, which includes major listed companies, including about 100 companies in the top 200 by market capitalization on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Since consolidated financial statement disclosure became mandatory in Japan in 2000, the number of customers using DivaSystem has continued to increase, maintaining the market share No. 1 position for over 10 years. Due to repeated accounting rule changes and factors such as the strengthening of governance at listed companies and labor shortages due to population decline and work style reforms, it has become difficult for customers to build a consolidated financial statement system with only in-house staff, leading to a continuous increase in demand for BPO services. By leveraging its stable customer base, Diva continues to challenge itself with new initiatives, never resting on its laurels. Clients (in no particular order): Toyota, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Hitachi, Kobe Steel, KDDI, SoftBank, Asahi Kasei, Lion, Marubeni, Sojitz, Ajinomoto, Kirin Holdings, Kubota, JERA, ADK, Mitsubishi Estate, Daiwa House Industry, Sega Sammy, CyberAgent, Yoshinoya Holdings, Tsumura, Taisho Pharmaceutical, Nitto Denko, Apaman Holdings, Toei Animation, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, etc. The core of Diva’s business is the "software products (products)" developed with customers over the past 25 years. Diva has continuously provided products and services that support consolidated financial statement disclosure, based on the unique needs of approximately 1,200 customers. By discovering the "correct answer" to the ever-evolving consolidated financial statement disclosure in the BPO services, Diva refines this knowledge to improve its software and continues to contribute to the enhancement of customer corporate value. This business cycle continues as Diva aims to become the "de facto standard software company" as stated in its vision. [Avant Group Philosophy] At Avant Group, we believe that "a company is a public entity of society" and express our corporate activities as "creating a 100-year company," which is positioned as our corporate philosophy. This is not just about sustaining the company or brand but is aimed at fostering a culture where all members passionately contribute value to society, and this attitude is inherited through the generations. The foundation of this 100-year company is undoubtedly "people." Although Avant Group's products are primarily software products and services, because these are provided by people, we place the utmost importance on developing people (training and providing growth opportunities) and believe that the company should serve as a public entity continuously contributing talented individuals to society.
