As a prime vendor, we are introducing production management systems, production schedulers, BI, and IoT tools to manufacturing industry clients. To ensure high quality and smooth project progress, we are establishing a new PMO (Project Management Office) team within the business division. You will be part of this specialized team, comprehensively managing and supporting the entire project.
■Job Details
Within the department, the main tasks include:
①Implementing the production management package (TPiCS-X)
② Implementing the production scheduler (Asprova)
③Implementing BI systems and IoT tools
④Designing scratch development work (SE)
・Participate in projects from a third-party perspective, working closely with the team to stabilize quality and progress.
・Reduce the burden on PMs, PLs, and team members, and, if necessary, supplement manpower shortages.
・Provide project support for large-scale projects.
・Attend meetings and report on projects to management.
・Expand the number of projects.
・Set rules for estimated work hours and project targets.
・Manage outsourcing, etc.
■ You can challenge this role even without PMO experience!
Required Qualifications:
Experience in upstream processes (such as requirements definition, design, etc.), regardless of the number of projects or project duration.
Note: Even those without development experience can apply as long as they have experience in upstream processes!
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
A strong interest in management and project control.
