As the number of users grows rapidly worldwide, the company is entering a new phase and is now seeking an Engineering Manager for its core business: a smartphone app.

[Job Description]
・Develop and manage plans based on the product roadmap
・Manage development projects
・Evaluate and mentor development team members
・Lead architecture design and review
・Manage and address production operation challenges
・Strengthen the development organization and oversee recruitment

[Team Structure]
▼Total team size: 40 people (including the CEO)
Engineering Team: 30 members (including the CTO, PM, lead engineers, and 27 engineers)
Business Team: 6 members (including the business director and 5 team members)
Corporate Team: 3 members (CFO, COO, and head of administration)
*Department heads and above report directly to the CEO.

Mandatory Requirements

■MUST Qualifications
Extensive experience in product development and operations as a software engineer
Experience leading a development team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and growing organization
Strong communication skills that allow for cross-department and cross-hierarchy collaboration
Fluent in English and Japanese

■WANT Qualifications
Experience developing automated scenario tests based on user stories (Automated QA Testing)
Experience leading a development team of 5–10 engineers in application development
Experience creating user stories and managing product backlogs
Experience using mobile attribution tools (e.g., Amplitude, Adjust, Leanplum)
Understanding of blockchain (e.g., ERC20)

■Educational Background:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree
