As our user base grows rapidly worldwide, we are now looking for a Product Manager for our core business, the smartphone app, to lead us into the next phase.

・Product management for a smartphone app aiming to be the world’s most used
・Planning and directing app features to enhance user experience and retention
・Proposing ideas based on data analysis to improve KPIs
・Managing product roadmap, product plans, prioritization, backlog management, feature definition, project management, etc.
・Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements

(*Managers and above report directly to the CEO)

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in developing services on a global scale
Experience with Agile development (Scrum)
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience using Atlassian tools (such as JIRA, Confluence)
Business-level English proficiency, Fluent Japanese

[WANT Requirements]
Understanding of the latest technologies and trends related to e-commerce and mobile phones
Experience using analytical tools (such as Google Analytics)

Education:
