With the mission of "Creating the next norm with professional tech," Bengo4.com connects people and experts through portals like "Bengo4.com" (lawyer platform), "Zeirishi.com" (tax accountant platform), "BUSINESS LAWYERS," and the contract management platform "CloudSign."

[Division Introduction]
Legal Brain Development Division
Following the success of "Bengo4.com" and "CloudSign," the company is launching multiple new businesses to contribute further to society and increase corporate value.
In July 2023, the Ministry of Justice published guidelines for Article 72 of the Lawyers Act, which has fueled the momentum for leveraging AI in legal business. The company has already released AI-powered products and plans to develop and release new products in the future. This vision, referred to as the "Legal Brain Initiative," aims to turn these ideas into actual products.

To expand the engineering organization
Recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLM), like ChatGPT, have entered the phase of social implementation. Bengo4.com has been experimenting with AI technologies for some time and, since February 2023, has accelerated efforts by establishing the Professional Tech Lab. In May 2023, they released "Chat Legal Consultation Alpha Version" using ChatGPT and announced plans to start various business developments in line with the publication of Article 72 guidelines. The company is strengthening its structure to create multiple businesses in expert domains that handle large volumes of information.

You will be responsible for maximizing the engineering team's capabilities while also engaging in service development. As an Engineering Manager candidate, you'll be involved in team management, improving development processes, and other tasks. Eventually, the role will focus primarily on management and leading the team.
