■Job Description
As part of the engineering team in the product development and operations division, you will be responsible for the cloud infrastructure of in-house developed products, including new construction, improvements, and operations.
We primarily use Terraform for IaC, with AWS serverless environments (Fargate + ECS) as the core.
Automation is required for cloud operations.
If it matches your interests, you may also be involved in product development outside of cloud infrastructure
Specific tasks include:
Planning
・Organize system-related plans as a member of the development team and convert them into tickets.
・Business plans mainly come from the planning department, but the development team can also propose ideas.
Development
・Define requirements, external and internal design, and coding to realize plans.
・We value the 12 principles behind the Agile Declaration and Scrum development methodology.
・You can start in the front-end, back-end, or infrastructure, depending on your strengths and interests. Ultimately, we hope to have you grow into a full-stack engineer.
Operations
・There is no dedicated systems operations team; development and operations are performed by the same team.
・There is no conflict between development and operations, and everyone works toward eliminating toil.

・"Minna no Nenkin" Crowdfunding Service for Safe Asset Management
A new joint investment service created to allow people to easily and safely start asset management with low risk, cost, and effort. It simplifies the process from account setup to investment and dividend management, eliminating paper contracts. The service helps customers invest in real estate, and dividends are distributed based on the invested amounts.
