Job Description

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and driving system development projects within the company group. You will manage quality, cost, and schedules, and are expected to build good relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of the project, even with constraints and assumptions.

Specific Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the project execution and promotion team
Project planning and progress management
Budget management
Resource management

The company aims to completely renew its existing systems by 2027, with a project scale of around 10 billion yen. In addition, there are various other projects related to the existing systems, and the specific responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience.

After joining, you will be assigned to the department's tasks, but there is a possibility of later changes in your role across other company operations based on your suitability.

Mandatory Requirements
