Job Description

- Providing technical support for client inquiries and troubleshooting
- Offering guidance on service usage and configuration
- Escalating bug reports and issues to the development team and tracking their resolution
- Creating and updating support documents and FAQs
- Proposing service improvements based on client feedback

Languages: Java, React Native, PHP, Python, Solidity
Framework: Unity
Database: MySQL
Blockchain: Ethereum, EVM-based blockchain development, Node operation experience, Web3auth
Infrastructure: AWS, OracleCloud

Mandatory Requirements

- Basic knowledge of engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
