You will work as a construction management engineer at our company, a local construction company in Yamanashi Prefecture.

■Specifics:

・Most projects will be prime contractors

・You will handle a wide range of projects, from houses to apartments, public works, and stores

・The number of sites each person is responsible for will vary depending on the size of the site

・Construction periods will vary depending on the site

・There is generally no night work

・The area of ​​responsibility will be throughout Yamanashi Prefecture, and most areas can be completed in a day

・Direct commutes are possible in some cases

■About assignments/work style:

・Currently, we have 8 people in construction management. We have a wide range of people working there, from teenagers to those in their 60s.

・Graduates of architecture-related faculties
・Those with practical experience in site management
・Those with construction management technician level 2 or higher

・Architectural construction management engineer level 1 or 2 holder
