Salary Details

Monthly salary: 350,000 yen to 417,000 yen *The above monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for 50 hours per month: 98,000 yen to 117,000 yen. Any excess will be paid additionally. The salary is only a guideline and may go up or down depending on the selection process. Monthly salary (monthly amount) includes fixed allowances.

Job Description

As our construction manager, you will be responsible for all on-site management tasks (technical management, process management, etc.) in construction work.

Specifically,
You will be responsible for all on-site management tasks such as technical management, process management, cost management, safety management, and labor management.

Since we undertake projects as a prime contractor or JV, we manage all aspects of the building.

-Construction
You will be responsible for managing the construction of the entire building.

We build commercial facilities from scratch and rebuild schools.

■Work style:

-There are 125 days of holiday per year, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.

-Currently, overtime hours are 40 to 60 hours per month, but we are adjusting to keep monthly overtime to 45 hours or less from April 2024 to improve work style within the company. In addition, all employees are provided with smartphones and attendance management is performed, so if there is a lot of overtime, the general affairs department will issue an alert to the department manager. We are promoting work style reform and working to reduce overtime.

Mandatory Requirements

・2nd class construction management engineer assistant or higher
