As our construction manager, you will be responsible for all on-site management tasks (technical management, process management, etc.) in construction work.

Since we undertake projects as a prime contractor or JV, we manage all aspects of the building.

■Work style:
-There are 125 days of holiday per year, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.
-Currently, overtime hours are 40 to 60 hours per month, but we are adjusting to keep monthly overtime to 45 hours or less from April 2024 to improve work style within the company. In addition, all employees are provided with smartphones and attendance management is performed, so if there is a lot of overtime, the general affairs department will issue an alert to the department manager. We are promoting work style reform and working to reduce overtime.
