Job Description

■Job Description:
You will be responsible for shifting towards in-house development and agile processes for the web, utilizing the extensive resources of mainframe and open systems to adapt to the rapid pace of business changes.

Details:
■Develop credit card web applications using agile methodologies (for both customer-facing and internal business applications).
■Coordinate with internal departments and related system vendors for requirements/specifications.

About the Company:
This is a group company of Aiful, primarily responsible for the credit card business. The recruitment is aimed at accelerating further digitalization across the group.

Mandatory Requirements

Required:
Experience in system application development using Java.

Highest level of education:
Graduate school graduate, university graduate, vocational school graduate, or high school graduate.

■Experience in vendor management or upstream processes.

・Paid leave: 10 days granted at the start of employment, and 20 days after 1 year of service. Utilization rate: 73.4%.
