■Business Overview Diva Inc. is a software vendor specializing in "consolidated financial statement disclosure." Since its founding in 1997, Diva has supported the group management systems of major listed companies through the provision of its consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem." Currently, Diva's mission is "to popularize consolidated financial statement disclosure that contributes to improving corporate value," and its vision is "to become the de facto standard software for supporting group management." Diva offers specialized software products and BPO services, focusing on these areas. To date, Diva's software (formerly Diva) has been adopted by around 1,200 companies, and its BPO services (formerly Fierte) have been provided to about 200 companies. The combination of these two solutions is what makes Diva's value unique. Diva continues to deliver consolidated financial statement disclosures that enhance corporate value by leveraging its customer assets accumulated through its software products and constantly refining its software based on the insights gained from its BPO services. Products ・DivaSystem LCA ・DivaSystem Dx3-Advance ・DivaSystem FBX Services ・Financial statement outsourcing ・Global fund management enhancement support ・Accounting consulting services In addition to the development of the consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem LCA" and related products, Diva also handles outsourcing for consolidated and standalone financial statement tasks, comprehensively supporting the value creation process through information disclosure. ■Company PR About Diva Inc. Diva Inc. (formerly Fierte Inc.) inherited the development of DivaSystem LCA and its related products from the former Diva Inc. until September 2022. On October 1, 2022, it changed its name from Fierte to Diva Inc. The founding date of the former Fierte was August 7, 2017, but the original Diva was established in 1997, with a history of about 25 years. The company combines the "software products (former Diva)" from its founding and the "BPO services (former Fierte)" it began offering in 2011, evolving its brand by merging software and BPO services. Diva's history is divided into three phases. The first phase, from 1997 to 2013, was when the company started as the group's original business and provided the consolidated financial statement system "DivaSystem." This system holds a domestic market share of over 40% and is used by about 1,200 customers, including large corporations, SMEs, and IPO companies. The second phase, from 2013 to 2022, saw the expansion of software contributions as part of the Avant Group's holding company structure. The third phase began in October 2022, when Diva combined its software products with the BPO services provided by the former Fierte, embarking on new challenges as a specialized product maker in the field of consolidated financial statement disclosure. Diva’s strength lies in its customer base, with long-term relationships with major listed companies, including about 100 of the top 200 companies by market capitalization on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Since the mandatory disclosure of consolidated financial statements in Japan in 2000, the number of customers using DivaSystem has continued to rise, maintaining the No.1 market share for over 10 years. The company’s services have grown in response to frequent changes in accounting rules, strengthened governance in listed companies, and challenges such as labor shortages and recruitment difficulties due to demographic changes and work-style reforms. Diva has continuously expanded its customer base for BPO services as companies face difficulties in managing their consolidated financial statement systems with in-house staff. The company aims to maintain this stable customer base while continually taking on new challenges without complacency. ■Notable Clients (Without honorifics, in no particular order): Toyota Motor Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Hitachi Ltd., Kobe Steel, KDDI, SoftBank, Asahi Kasei, Lion Corporation, Marubeni Corporation, Sojitz Corporation, Ajinomoto, Kirin Holdings, Kubota, JERA, ADK, Mitsubishi Estate, Daiwa House, Sega Sammy, CyberAgent, Yoshinoya Holdings, Tsumura, Taisho Pharmaceutical, Nitto Denko, Apaman Holdings, Toei Animation, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, etc. At the heart of Diva's business are the "software products (products)" that have been developed with its customers over the years and will continue to be refined. Over the past 25 years, Diva has provided unique products and services that support consolidated financial statement disclosures to about 1,200 customers. As society and the times change, Diva continues to find the "correct answers" to consolidated financial statement disclosures through its BPO services and applies the knowledge gained to further refine its software, continuing to contribute to the improvement of customer corporate value. Through this cycle, Diva aims to become a "de facto standard software company," as stated in its vision. ■Avant Group Philosophy The Avant Group’s corporate philosophy is based on the Japanese view that "a company is a public instrument of society," expressed as "Creating a 100-year company." This has been the company's guiding principle since its founding. This is not just about sustaining the company or brand, but about every member passionately contributing value to society, with that mindset being passed down as a culture. The foundation of building a "100-year company" is undoubtedly "people." While Avant's products mainly consist of software and services, it believes that as these are delivered by people, "people development" (such as talent nurturing and providing growth opportunities) is the most important and that the company should always be a public instrument that continues to contribute to society by cultivating people. ■Basic Information ・Average Age: 32.7 years (as of October 1, 2022) ・Gender Ratio: About 6:4 (Male:Female) ・Mid-career to New Graduate Ratio: About 9:1 ・Foreign Nationals: 16 people (3.8% of the workforce) ・Job Role Distribution: Approximately 65% in accounting, 28% in IT, 4% in sales, 3% in middle/back office roles
