Job Description
Mainly focused on user support, you will provide IT support to employees. The role requires explaining IT concepts clearly and quickly to those who do not have much IT knowledge.

Specific Responsibilities:
・User Support: Troubleshooting software and system issues, responding to user inquiries, and handling help desk duties.
・System Implementation Support: Providing user training and creating manuals for new system implementations or upgrades.
・Infrastructure Management: Managing and maintaining infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.
・IT Proposals & Consultations: Responding to IT-related suggestions and inquiries from employees and providing optimal solutions.
