Job Description

[Job Description]
〇You will be responsible for the following tasks:                                              General construction management related to electricity and air conditioning, supply and exhaust sanitation
・Facility construction management work for buildings with various uses such as office buildings, factories, hotels, condominiums, and complexes
・Basic planning, implementation design, and construction management work for building facilities such as renovation work
・Assigned to the facility construction management department of each branch and in charge of multiple work sites.

Mandatory Requirements

〇 Those who have the following qualifications and experience.・Construction management work for electrical, mechanical, and water supply and drainage sanitation                                                   ・1st class construction management engineer (either electrical work or piping work)                                                             ・More than 5 years of experience in construction management as a general contractor or subcontractor as an employee of a general contractor or subcontractor (subcontractor who can handle both electrical and HVAC sanitation)

・A bright, energetic, friendly person who is trustworthy and sincere.

Education: High school graduate or above

Preferred Requirements

・Architectural equipment engineer ・Other electrical/mechanical qualifications
・BIM skills

Working Hours
