○You will be responsible for architectural design and compensation consulting services.

*This includes general architectural design and conducting surveys related to land, buildings, etc., for public works, as well as calculating compensation amounts.

・More than 3 years of practical experience in architectural design
・Ordinary driver's license (AT restricted is acceptable)

・Those who have a 2nd-grade or higher Construction Management Engineer (Architectural) certification.

Architectural Design

08:30 to 17:30 (60-minute break)

Twice a year + performance-based bonus (determined by business results, approximately 3.0 months annually).

・Commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen per month, based on commuting distance as per company regulations)
