[Job Description]
〇You will be responsible for the following tasks.
-Architectural design and construction supervision at major domestic and overseas bases
-Work related to a series of design projects, including basic plans and detailed designs for commercial facilities, production facilities, office buildings, and apartment buildings
-Administrative negotiations for building confirmation applications, etc.
-Our order volume ratio: 70% in the Kanto region

〇 Those who have the following qualifications and experience.
- Those who have at least 5 years of practical experience in design and construction at a general contractor or design office, and who have obtained a qualification such as a first-class architect.
- Experience with medium-sized or larger S, RC, or SRC buildings
(Experience with only detached houses or low-rise S buildings is not acceptable)
- Experience with basic planning, detailed design, and construction supervision
