■ Responsibilities
You will be responsible for construction management tasks such as instructing craftsmen, creating and checking construction drawings for buildings, schools, residential homes, nursing facilities, road paving, etc., based on design plans and specifications. As a site representative, it is crucial to ensure smooth progress of work by communicating with stakeholders, adjusting plans flexibly according to project scale and quality.

■ Job Description
After joining the company, you will specifically handle the following tasks:
- Full range of construction management tasks
- Data entry, document creation, material preparation, estimation, and invoice creation using a PC
- Estimation work
- Meetings with clients
- Selection and meetings with affiliated companies

■ About Your Career

• Upon joining the company, you will accompany senior colleagues to field visits to familiarize yourself with the work. Afterward, you will gradually be entrusted with projects on your own. Taking initiative to learn the job actively and independently is crucial.
