■ Responsibilities
Based on design drawings and specifications, you will manage construction tasks such as building management, schools, housing, care facilities, and road paving. This includes providing work instructions to craftsmen, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and acting as a site representative to ensure smooth project progress through communication with stakeholders. Adapting to the scale and quality of each project is an important part of the role.
■ Job Description
Upon joining, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Comprehensive construction management tasks for building projects
・Data entry, various document creation, report preparation, and creating estimates and invoices using a PC
・Estimation tasks
・Meetings with clients
・Selection and coordination with related companies
The double-sided insulated concrete construction method offers high workability and cost efficiency, leading to increased repeat demand. It also provides advantages in schedule management, cost control, and quality management, making the work highly rewarding.
■ Career Path
Initially, you will accompany senior staff to project sites to familiarize yourself with the tasks. Gradually, you will take on projects independently. A proactive approach to learning and mastering the work is crucial.
