■Responsibilities
You will be in charge of construction management for civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and tunnels (giving instructions to workers, creating and checking construction drawings). As the site representative, you will ensure that the work proceeds smoothly by communicating with stakeholders, and you will be required to adapt flexibly depending on the scale and quality of the projects.
■Job Details
・After joining the company, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
・Full range of construction management duties for civil engineering projects
・Data entry using a computer, creating various documents and materials, preparing estimates and invoices
・Cost estimation tasks
・Meetings with clients
・Selection and coordination with related companies
There is also a competitive advantage in terms of schedule management, cost management, and quality control, which I believe will provide a sense of accomplishment.
■Career Path
Immediately after joining, you will accompany senior staff to gain familiarity with the work on-site. Gradually, you will be entrusted with projects on your own. It is very important to have a proactive attitude to learn and acquire skills on your own.
