Specific tasks include preparing construction drawings, creating work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, meeting with clients, and performing various management duties.
For large-scale projects, you will be dedicated to one project. For small-to-medium-sized projects, you may handle 2–3 projects simultaneously.
Additionally, you may occasionally be involved in small maintenance projects alongside the above responsibilities, but this is not the primary focus.

The department is led by a male director in his 50s, with male staff ranging from their 20s to 60s.

The company supports skill enhancement with external training and assistance in obtaining various certifications, aiming to develop employees into "construction professionals."
Employees from different industries are also employed here. For the first year, you will receive both on-the-job training (OJT) from senior staff and classroom-based training to learn the job.
Each employee is provided with a personal laptop and mobile phone. Communication is facilitated through chat tools, web meetings, and IT-based data sharing systems.
