■ Detailed Job Responsibilities:
As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing overall management aspects such as cost, quality, safety, and schedules for construction projects. These may include public facilities, factories, corporate offices, and residential buildings.
Specific tasks include preparing construction drawings, creating work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, meeting with clients, and performing various management duties.
For large-scale projects, you will be dedicated to one project. For small-to-medium-sized projects, you may handle 2–3 projects simultaneously.
Additionally, you may occasionally be involved in small maintenance projects alongside the above responsibilities, but this is not the primary focus.
Work Area:
Primarily in Gunma Prefecture, with Maebashi City (head office location) as the central base, and parts of Saitama Prefecture.
Direct commuting to and from work sites is allowed. Personal vehicles are used for transportation, with gasoline and maintenance costs covered.
■ Department Assignment:
Assigned to the Construction Department.
The department is led by a male director in his 50s, with male staff ranging from their 20s to 60s.
