■ Detailed Job Responsibilities:
As a site supervisor, you will manage the overall cost, quality, safety, and schedule for civil engineering and paving projects, including public facilities, roads, bridges, and rivers. Specific tasks include preparing construction drawings, creating work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, meeting with clients, and performing various management duties.
You will be assigned one project per person, typically lasting from 3 months to 3 years, depending on the project.
The main area of responsibility is around Maebashi City in Gunma Prefecture, with coverage throughout Gunma and parts of Saitama Prefecture. Direct commuting to work sites is allowed, and personal vehicles are used for transportation (gasoline and maintenance costs are covered).
■ Department Assignment:
You will be assigned to the Construction Department.
The Civil Engineering Department is led by a male department head in his 50s, with male employees ranging from their 20s to 60s.
