Job Description

■Recruitment background/department
In anticipation of the expansion of the TMS service business, we would like to hire a class of independent IT consultants.

While we are looking for someone with specialist orientation as a consultant, we also need to train junior employees, so ideally someone who also has the orientation to take on organizational management is also ideal.

■TMS business objectives
Established in 2017 to support the group's financial strategy of "earning power (improving capital efficiency)," we provide support for maximizing the effective use of consolidated group funds globally through the provision of solutions related to the financial field.

Since providing services, we have continued to expand our business by providing a consistent range of services from support for the introduction of treasury management systems (hereinafter referred to as TMS) purchased from overseas vendors to detailed customer follow-up and outsourcing, which is a differentiating factor from our competitors.

■Job description
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support from supporting the formulation of global cash management policies to operating operations on behalf of large companies with global operations, in response to the cash management issues (visualization and prediction of cash information, business efficiency, etc.) and the need to prevent fraudulent accounting that are common to large companies.

① TMS implementation consulting

② Maintenance support for customers after implementation

③ Support for human resource issues (financial work outsourcing), unification (standardization) of work flow, business efficiency, and business stabilization after efficiency

≪About the product≫

We also develop our own software "Diva System", so it is easy to misunderstand that we are introducing our own software, but it is actually a consultation on the implementation of TMS procured from overseas. (Currently, we handle products from two companies.)

※TMS is...

・Directly connect to banks to streamline financial operations/Collect and visualize financial information from all domestic and overseas bases in real time

・Can perform highly accurate cash flow

⇒Software that improves the efficiency of financial department operations, SaaS-type service.

In recent years, large Japanese companies have tended to increase the ratio of overseas sales due to the acquisition of overseas corporations and expansion of sales channels, and the management issue of wanting to grasp and manage the status of funds and assets held by overseas corporations in a more timely and accurate manner is becoming stronger.

To use an example of a car, the request is something like "I want to visualize the gasoline (money) that can be used right now across the entire group, clarify the driving range and appropriate speed, and improve the control of the accelerator and brake and the safety of driving (quality of management decisions)."

Since the resources and know-how to solve this management issue are lacking within the client organization alone, we are receiving more and more inquiries from our company.

◎Current clients: Nifco, KDDI, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, Kobe Steel, Toei Animation (titles omitted), etc.

Specific keywords for client work include visualization of funds by collecting bank transaction details, cash flow forecasts, comparison of actual results and forecasts, foreign exchange hedging, group financing and netting, visualization and analysis of asset information such as government bonds and stocks, etc.

You will be engaged in consulting work that proposes the systemization (automation) of these time-consuming but important tasks, improves liquidity of funds, and strengthens governance to prevent fraud, solving financial problems faced by large companies.

■What we want you to do
After joining the company, you will first be involved in existing projects while contributing to the delivery process (implementation and maintenance), but we also expect you to utilize your experience to demonstrate your value as a consultant who leads a team at an early stage.
If your career aspirations match, we would like to entrust you with organizational management at the level of section manager or department manager in parallel.
While global cash management efforts have already been established as rules in developed countries, they are still lagging behind in Japan, and are expected to continue to expand, so the demand and market value of people in this field is also increasing.
We are looking for people who can enjoy the expansion period of the business while understanding financial terminology and business flows as an implementation consultant or support staff, and experiencing the thrill of being able to face large corporate customers despite being a small startup.

Points

[Business Overview] Diva Co., Ltd. is a software vendor specializing in "consolidated financial disclosure." Since its founding in 1997, it has supported the group management systems of its clients, mainly large listed companies, through the provision of its consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem." Currently, the company has a mission of "popularizing consolidated financial disclosure that helps improve corporate value" and a vision of "making it the de facto standard for software that supports group management," and provides software products and BPO services specialized in specialized fields. To date, the company has a track record of introducing its software products (formerly Diva) to a total of approximately 1,200 companies, and its BPO services (formerly Fierte) to approximately 200 companies, but the unique value of Diva is that it possesses these two solutions at the same time. Diva will continue to provide its clients with consolidated financial disclosure that leads to increased corporate value by making the most of the customer assets it has cultivated through this software product and repeating the cycle of further brushing up its software based on the knowledge it has gained through practical opportunities in the form of BPO services. ■Products: DivaSystem LCA, DivaSystem Dx3-Advance, DivaSystem FBX ■Services: Outsourcing of accounting operations, global cash management advanced support services, accounting consulting services *In addition to developing the consolidated accounting system "DivaSystem LCA" and related products, we also handle outsourcing business such as consolidated and individual accounting operations, and comprehensively support the value creation process of companies through information disclosure. ■Company PR [About Diva Co., Ltd.] Diva Co., Ltd. (formerly Fierte Co., Ltd.) inherited the development business of DivaSystem LCA and its related products from the former Diva Co., Ltd. until September 2022, and was born on October 1, 2022, when Fierte changed its name to the new "Diva Co., Ltd." The former Fierte was established on August 7, 2017, but the former Diva, the Avant Group's founding business, was established in 1997 and has a history of about 25 years. We will combine our original software products (formerly DIVA) with the BPO services (formerly Fierte) that we have been fully developing since 2011, and further evolve the DIVA brand with the combination of software and BPO. The history of DIVA Co., Ltd. is divided into three major phases. The first phase was from 1997 to 2013, when we were founded as the original business of the current group and provided the consolidated financial statement system "DivaSystem" to the world. The system boasts a domestic market share of over 40% and is No. 1 (※), and has been used by approximately 1,200 customers, from large companies to small and medium-sized enterprises and IPO companies. The second phase is from 2013 to 2022, when we expanded the scope of our software contribution as a core company of the group following the formation of Avant Group Holdings. The third phase will start in October 2022, when we will combine our traditional software products with the BPO services provided by the former Fierte Co., Ltd. to take on new challenges as a specialized product manufacturer in the area of consolidated financial statement disclosure. (Source: Fuji Chimera Research Institute, "Software Business New Market 2012-2021 Edition," etc.) Diva's strength is its customer base, and it has been able to build long-term relationships with customers, mainly major listed companies representing Japan, including about 100 of the top 200 companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange by market capitalization. Since consolidated financial statement disclosure became mandatory in Japan in 2000, the number of customers using DivaSystem has continued to increase, and it has been able to maintain the No. 1 market share for over 10 years. In addition, due to repeated revisions to accounting rules, strengthening of governance of listed companies in recent years, and labor shortages, difficulty in hiring and training due to population decline and work style reform, it has become difficult for customers to set up a system for consolidated financial statement disclosure with their own personnel alone, so the number of customers using BPO services continues to increase steadily. Diva is always taking on new challenges without complacency, while making the most of this stable customer base. *Business partners (titles omitted, in no particular order): Toyota Motor Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Hitachi, Kobe Steel, KDDI, SoftBank, Asahi Kasei, Lion, Marubeni, Sojitz, Ajinomoto, Kirin Holdings, Kubota, JERA, ADK, Mitsubishi Estate, Daiwa House Industry, Sega Sammy, CyberAgent, Yoshinoya Holdings, Tsumura, Taisho Pharmaceutical, Nitto Denko, Apaman Holdings, Toei Animation, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, etc. At the heart of Diva's business are the "software products" that we have created together with our customers and will continue to refine in the future. For the past 25 years, we have provided products and services that support the unique disclosure of consolidated financial statements, with approximately 1,200 customers using our products. We find the "right answer" for consolidated financial statements disclosure, which is constantly changing due to changes in society and the times, through practical opportunities for services centered on BPO, and use the knowledge and insight gained there to brush up new software and continue to give back to our customers to increase their corporate value. As we repeat this business cycle, we aim to be the "de facto standard software company" as stated in our vision. [About Avant Group Philosophy] At Avant Group, we express our corporate activities based on the Japanese management view that "a company is a public institution of society" as "creating a 100-year company," and position this as our corporate philosophy since our founding. This is not just about sustaining the company and brand, but we aim for all members to be passionate about providing value to society and for this attitude to continue to be passed down as a culture. We believe that the foundation of this 100-year company is undoubtedly "people." Avant Group's products are mainly software products and services, but since it is people who provide them, we value human development (human resource development, provision of growth opportunities, etc.) above all else, and believe that we should be a public institution that continues to produce people into society. [Basic data] Average age: 32.7 years old (as of October 1, 2022), male/female ratio: 6:4, mid-career graduate ratio: 9:1, 16 foreign nationals (3.8% enrolled) Proportion by job type: accounting personnel 65%, IT personnel 28%, sales personnel 4%, middle/back-office personnel 3%
