Job Description

Position Overview

You will be responsible for proposing and closing various solutions, including the development and implementation of core and business systems, to end-user companies and major system integrators (SIers), while also building strong relationships. As a playing manager, you will lead a team of 2 to 3 members and be entrusted with member development and KPI management. This position is crucial for the company’s mid-term goal of achieving 10 billion yen in sales by 2025 and will play a central role in the organization.

Specifically, you will:

•Engage in solution sales to end-users (large financial, manufacturing, and real estate industries, etc.) and major SIers
•Handle a series of sales activities from project creation to actual selling and post-order follow-up, including:

*Building internal structures and team building toward realizing account plans
*Expanding projects and negotiating price adjustments at existing client sites
*Coordinating and following up with engineers from the company or business partners
*Adjusting and negotiating contract terms
*Discussing future visions with clients
*Understanding clients' IT development processes, budgets, and the number of projects per year

Background for Recruitment

*The company is currently in its second founding phase, focusing on expanding prime projects and ERP implementation projects aimed at medium-sized and mid-tier companies, having recently set a record high in sales. We are now recruiting new members to achieve our target of 10 billion yen in sales by 2025.
