Job Description

・As a construction engineer in our indoor line (electrical equipment for buildings, commercial facilities, etc.) business division, you will be responsible for estimating network construction and low-voltage equipment construction within buildings, as well as construction process management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality management.

・Mainly management systems for general buildings such as office buildings, hotels, department stores, hospitals, and data centers.

・You will be in charge of various properties and facilities according to customer requests.

・For the first 1-2 years after joining the company, you will work with senior employees to acquire skills while taking charge of properties. After that, you will gradually take on large-scale projects as the main person in charge.

Mandatory Requirements

・Qualified as a Class 1 Telecommunications Construction Management Engineer or Class 1 Electrical Construction Management Engineer
・Supervising engineer or construction management experience for network construction and low-voltage equipment construction within buildings (including automatic fire alarms, broadcasting, security equipment, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

・Knowledge of network equipment (routers, L2L3 switches, wireless) construction
・Knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, DNS, etc.
・Knowledge of network security-related system construction
・First-class digital communication construction manager (formerly DD type 1)
・Experience as a site manager, including low-voltage and network equipment construction
